    DV – Decauville – Rail Iron. Hardness: 160 Brinell. (-40ºC to + 400ºC). Produced of grey cast iron, they present a flap on the tread side. Designed to be mounted on rails or girders. They roll easily, offering a great handling effort reduction. They are very resistant, withstanding high loads and temperatures.

    V – Grooved – V Grooved Iron. Hardness: 160 Brinell. (-40ºC to + 400ºC). Produced of grey cast iron, they present a V-groove on the tread. Designed to be mounted on angle bars, they roll very easily, offering a great handling effort reduction. They are very resistant, withstanding high loads and temperatures.

  • Schioppa Wheel F – CAST IRON

    F – Cast Iron. Hardness: 160 Brinell. (-40ºC to + 400ºC). Produced with grey cast iron, they roll easily offering a great handling effort reduction. They are very resistant withstanding high loads and temperatures. They are not indicated to utilization when noise level and floor maintenance are required.

  • Schioppa Wheel C – CELERON

    C – Celeron Hardness: 103 Rockwell M. (-30ºC to + 120ºC). Manufactured with a compound obtained from macerated cotton fibers drenched with phenolic resin, molded by heat and pressure. They have excellent mechanical properties, are light and rugged, resistant to deformation under static loads and roll easily. They can be used over a wide temperature range. They are resistant to mild oils, greases and acids in low concentrations. Not recommended for applications in wet environments in contact with alkaline substances. (e.g., caustic soda, chlorine, cleaning products, soap and detergent). Nominal working speed is up to 4km/h.

  • Schioppa Wheel ME – POLYURETHANE MOLDED

    ME – Double tread Molded Polyurethane – Round. Hardness: side 60 Shore D and center 90 Shore A. (-40ºC a +80ºC). Produced with a double tread molded polyurethane, with green colored high hardness cheeks and softer orange colored polyurethane center, over a grey cast iron wheel center. Round tread profile offers a reduced floor contact area, easiness for handling and maneuvering, reducing handling effort and low rolling noise level. They offer a superior service life due to its polyurethane layer larger than conventional wheels. They have an excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, weathering and chemicals such as greases, oils, salts and solvents. Higher hardness wheel side faces allow for a higher resistance to impacts and a softer center a higher floor friction with a lower handling noise level. They may be employed in a speed up to 10km/h on floors that are not contaminated with grease or slippery liquids.
